Taking a New Direction

Do you feel that its time to change direction in life? Are your current efforts just not getting you nowhere?
That’s how I used to feel, I would be constantly scouring the magazine shelf looking for the next diet or exercise plan hoping that it was going to help me lose my weight. I would buy endless amounts of exercise equipment, special diet foods and overly priced diet pills to help in my quest to lose weight every time saying “ this is the one” , only to fail miserably a few days later.

It has taken me nearly all my life to realise that to lose weight and be truly happy the changes we need to make are internal and not external. Basically this means start focusing inward and be kind to your mind.

The diet industry is geared up for you to fail and fail again that is how they make their money. But the simple thing is this - if you start loving yourself and stop hating yourself you will begin to make the right choices around food.

After life is meant to be so much more that just how much we weigh and what we look like. There is a whole universe out there and if you let yourself you can begin to understand the true meaning of life and how to feel content with it.

My plan is long term, I don’t claim that you will lose all you weight very quickly, what I do claim is that if you follow my plan you will become a happier person GUARENTEED.
