The basic plan is designed for those who already have a knowledge of meditation and can meditate successfully on their own, if you can’t meditate I suggest you look at the deluxe plan as it is essential for your success that you can carry out all the suggestions made in the plan.

How do I use the basic plan once I have purchased it?
Simple!
Read through the 3 books and listen to the EFT workshop by this point you should be getting the idea of what is expected of you, next read through the menu booklet and familiarise yourself with the foods involved.
If there are foods you don’t like give them a try or look through the high carb low carb list for some tasty replacements.
Finally start applying the 12 step plan to your life - you can do this part as quick or slow as you like but we suggest only one step a day.
that’s it! Then all you have to do is watch the weight drop off!!
