Here at Let’s Get Healthy we believe that obesity is only the manifestation of many underlying issues and that diet and exercise alone will only work for a short period of time. At Let’s Get Healthy we  treat the person as a whole and use simple but very effective techniques that will allow you to break old behaviour patterns and form new exciting ones.
Being aware of how we talk to ourselves plays a big role in this plan, along with carbohydrate control, meditation and eft to name but a few therapies used.
There are menu ideas for you to try but no strict diet  as such and we don’t believe in spending hours at the gym.
These lifestyle changes are gentle but will have profound effects, provided you want them to.
